APPLICATION:
These cables are used to transmit the power energy from the wind turbine generator to the transformer. Can be used in torsion resistant occasions in wind turbines.
STANDARD:
GB/T12706.3, IEC60228, Shangshang specifications, or other standards on request.
CONSTRUCTION:
Conductor: Tinned flexible copper wires, as per IEC60228 class 5.
Conductor screen: semi-conductive compound
Insulation: Ethylene propylene rubber (EPR)
Insulation screen: semi-conductive compound
Overall screen (optional): tinned copper wire braided(TCWB)
Sheath: neoprene rubber or similar elastomer, black or red
RANGE OF SIZE:
3 phase cores + 3 earth cores:  3x25+3E ~ 3x120+3E
CORE IDENTIFICATION:
3C+3E: natural color, earth core: black or yellow/green
SHEATH COLOR:
Black, Red. etc.

  • Maximum permissible tensile load of conductor: 15N/mm2.
  • Resistance to torsion test at normal temperature: 30℃10000 Cycles.
  • Resistance to torsion test at low temperature: -40℃ 2000 Cycles
