APPLICATION:
These PVC insulated wires and cables are widely used in power lighting and internal wiring in household appliances, electric equipment, instruments and meters, control gear, electronic equipment and automatic devices for rated voltage up to 450/750V across residential, commercial and industrial environments.
They are suitable for fixed wiring and installation, indoor and outdoor, in surface mounted or embedded conduits, or similar closed systems, but they are not suitable for mobile equipment.

STANDARDS:
IEC 60227, GB/T 5023, JB/T 8734, SS358, BS6004, AS/NZS 5000.1(0.6/1kV), IEC60228, IEC60332-1, Q/320481SS511, or other standards on request.

  • single core: no preferred color
  • two-core: no preferred color, e.g. blue, black, or blue, brown, or other color
  • three-core: Either brown, black, grey, Or green-yellow, blue, brown
  • four-core: Either blue, brown, black, grey, Or green-yellow, brown, black, grey
  • five-core: yellow/green, blue, brown, black, grey
  • Above five core: black with white numbered, or white with black numbered
SHEATH COLOR:
Black, white, or other colour upon request.

Maximum short circuit temperature(Max.5s): 160℃
Minimum environment temperature for installation: 0℃
Minimum bending radius of cable: 4×O.D.(for O.D. ≤25mm), 6×O.D.(for O.D. ≥25mm).

OPTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS ON REQUEST:

Fire resistant: Acc.to IEC60331 and/or BS6387 (Mica tape is added over conductor)
