Silicone Rubber Insulated Power Cable up to 8.7/15kV
APPLICATION:
The cable is suitable for power transmission and distribution system at high temperature environment. The cable is intended for fixed installation and laid outdoor and indoor, direct burial, cable conduit and trench.

CONSTRUCTION:
1.Conductor: copper wires, class 5 as per IEC60228
2.Conductor screen: lapped semi-conducting tape
3.Insulation: silicone rubber (SR)
4.Insulation screen: lapped semi-conducting tape
5.Metallic screen(individual): copper wire braided (BCWB/TCWB)
6.Separation inner sheath for phase core: silicone rubber(SR)
7.Outer sheath: silicone rubber(SR)
8.Protective sheath(optional): PVC
Note: Separation inner sheath is not applicable to single core cable
NUMBER OF CORES AND SIZE:
Single-core：Copper 25mm2 ～ 500mm2
Three-core：Copper 25mm2 ～ 240mm2
CORE IDENTIFICATION AND SHEATH COLOR:
Three-core：yellow, green, red, or printing numbers 1, 2, 3
Outer sheath color: red
Protective sheath: black, according to customer's requirements
USAGE CHARACTERISTIC:
Voltage range: 3.6/6kV, 6/10kV, 8.7/15kV
The continuous operating temperature: 180℃
The maximum short circuit temperature (5 Sec): 350℃
The minimum ambient temperature for laying: 0℃
The minimum bending radius during installation: 12D
