MV Aerial Insulated Cable-three Core
APPLICATION：
Used for aerial fixed laying, for secondary overhead lines on poles or as feeders to residential premised. When installing the cables, to keep a distance between the cable and trees shall be considered. During operating, the cables and the trees shall be allowed to touch each other frequently.
STANDARD：
Basic design to IEC60502-2, AS/NZS 3599-1, GB/T14049, or other standards on request.
CONSTRUCTION：
Conductor: Class 2 Circular stranded compacted aluminum, IEC60228.
Conductor screen: extruded semi-conducting compound layer
Insulation: extruded XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene)
Insulation screen: extruded semi-conducting compound layer
Separator(optional): semi-conductive water swellable tape
Metallic screen(optional): copper tape screen or copper wires screen
Separator: semi-conducting water swellable tape
Outer sheath: extruded PVC or HDPE, UV resistant
Supporting messenger conductor: bare or covered galvanized steel wire
Assembly: Three XLPE insulated cores are bundled around the supporting conductor together
